Accessibility

4x4 RGV wants this website to work for everyone who needs it.

What we do

We use real headings in order, readable contrast, text that scales without breaking, and keyboard-accessible controls with a visible focus outline. Motion respects your system setting, and the layout works on a phone as well as a desktop.

  • Semantic headings and landmarks
  • Contrast checked against the standard
  • Visible keyboard focus
  • Reduced-motion respected

Forms and contact

Our quote form uses real labels and a clear submit button, and it works without a mouse. If a form field, a page or a document gives you trouble, you can reach us another way — describe the issue through any contact channel and we will help you complete the request by hand if needed.

Known limits

Some third-party embeds, such as a map or an outside form service, are not under our full control and may fall short of the standard. When we can replace or improve one we do; when we cannot, we make sure the same task is possible without it.

Telling us about a problem

If any part of this site is hard to use, tell us what page you were on and what happened, and we will work on it. Accessibility is not a one-time project, and a report from a real user is the most useful feedback we can get.

Our commitment

Making this site usable is part of treating customers well, not a legal formality. We test with a keyboard and at different text sizes, and we fix what breaks. If an easier path exists through the shop or over the form, we will point you to it. Accessibility improves the site for everyone, and we would rather hear about a rough edge than let it sit unaddressed.

Using assistive technology

The site is built to work with screen readers, keyboard navigation and browser zoom, and the forms use real labels so a screen reader can announce them correctly. If a particular field, page or document does not work with the tools you rely on, we want to know the page and the tool so we can address it. Where a page cannot be made fully accessible, we will make sure the same task can be completed another way, usually by contacting us.

Send us your truck

Tell us the truck and what it is doing. We reply with a written estimate for parts and labor.
