Tell us what your truck is doing and we will get back to you with a quote and the next opening.
What helps us quote faster
A short, specific message lets us price the work before we see the truck, or tell you honestly that it needs a look first. The more of these details you include, the fewer questions we have to ask before booking.
- Year, make and model (and engine if you know it)
- What it is doing — noise, leak, warning light, shifting
- When it happens — cold start, towing, certain speeds
- How and where you use the truck
- Your best days for drop-off or mobile service
How scheduling works
We answer quote requests in the order they arrive and confirm most appointments the same business day. If a truck is unsafe to drive, say so in your message and we will prioritise it. Mobile and on-site service is available across the Rio Grande Valley for fleets, ranches and 4x4s that should not be on the road.
What to expect after you send it
A real person reads every message. We may ask one or two follow-up questions, then send a written estimate or a suggested appointment window. You are never signed up for anything and we do not sell your details. If the job turns out to be one we should not take, we will point you toward the right kind of shop rather than guess.
If you would rather not use the form
The form is the fastest path, but it is not the only one. You are welcome to stop by the shop, describe the truck in person and leave it for a diagnosis. Bring any recent repair receipts and note the mileage, because that history often explains a fault faster than a scan does. Either way you get the same straight answer and the same written estimate before work begins, and nothing on this site ever signs you up for marketing you did not ask for.
A note on how we follow up
Every request gets a reply from a person, not an automated sequence. If your message needs more information, we ask for it directly rather than sending a form letter. If the shop is booked, we tell you the realistic next opening instead of promising a slot we cannot keep. And if your repair is one we are not set up to do well, we say so and name the kind of place that is. A shop that only ever says yes is not being honest with you.
Send us your truck
Tell us the truck and what it is doing. We reply with a written estimate for parts and labor.
